Carmen Valvo (principal and president)

Carmen is a thirty five year veteran in the real estate finance industry.  Over the years he has been a commercial mortgage lender, a real estate construction lender, a mortgage broker and a real estate acquisition specialist. Carmen has originated in excess of one billion dollars of real estate mortgages. He also maintains strong relationships with some of America’s premier lenders. Carmen received his MBA in finance from St. John’s University and his BS in marketing from Siena University.

Greg Valvo (principal and account executive)

Greg has six years experience in the financial field, specifically four years working for a mortgage brokerage company and two years as an assistant financial manager. He graduated from Bentley College with his Bachelors of Science in finance and a dual minor in economics and sociology. Currently he is in the process of achieving his MBA in finance from Adelphi University.
